Different Ways to Show Actual Vs Target Values in Tableau

[VIDEO] – There are several ways you can visualize actual values against target values. Or simply put, compare the progress of actual values/metrics towards the goal or the target.

Some of the simple yet powerful charts you can use to visualize goals against actual metrics include, bullet chart or graphs, bar-in-bar chart, line chart, Lollipop chart etc. In this short video, I’ll demonstrate some of the ways you can compare actual performance against the target.
