Introduction
Swap sheets in Tableau dashboard refers to the technique of changing contents displayed in a dashboard by replacing it with contents or worksheets not actively used on the dashboard. Swap sheets is helpful as a quick way to redesign your dashboard by changing the contents displayed on it.
To quickly swap sheets in Tableau, while on the dashboard tab.
Select the sheet you would like to swap on the dashboard.
On the dashboard pane, under sheets select ‘Swap Sheets’ icon on the worksheet you would like to swap with.
Note by doing so, the worksheet is instantly replaced with the new worksheet.
