Anytime you add a worksheet containing a legend to the dashboard, the legend is automatically added with the worksheet. However, this is not so for cases whereby the legend card is hidden before the worksheet is added to the dashboard.
So, how can you show the legend in such cases?
To add a legend on a view that is already in the dashboard….
On the dashboard, select the worksheet that contains the legend.
Open the drop-down arrow on the top right corner of the worksheet.
Under legends… chose the legend you would like to add to the view.
Executing this adds the legend to the view.
